This article we will discuss about - Share a record link to Microsoft Teams.

With this series we will understand what's new the product and learn it before it becomes available for customers.

Feature Details - 

Users save time and benefit from reduced app switching when they can initiate collaborative tasks directly from Business Central.

Explanation -

  • With Business Central Online(SaaS) only, New Every Page have a new action to share page to Microsoft Teams.
  • With this action users can type a message, choose recipients such as Team Member, Group or channels and send message with a link to business central record.
  • Users can apply filters to pages and then share the link, The shared link will respect the applied filter on page.
