#msdyn365bc 2021 Release Wave 1 - Migration / Replication Support.

Hi Readers,

As new Product is available and Its my responsibility to talk about Migration or Replication support to the latest and greatest version.

In this article, we will discuss the support to Replication or Migrate your data to latest and greatest version which is #msdyn365bc 2020 Release Wave 1.

** This article is not applicable to localized versions which are introduced in this version like India.

** SaaS Replication Path will be available after release of Cumulative Update 1.

Business Central as we all know is available in SaaS / OnPrem. 

If you request a SaaS Environment as of Today, You will be on Business Central 2021 Release Wave 1.

Business Central 2021 Release Wave 1 is also available on-Prem too.

You can Replicate Data to Business Central 2021 Release Wave 1 SaaS from -
  • Business Central 2020 Release Wave 2 (BC17)
  • Business Central 2020 Release Wave 1 (BC16)
  • Business Central 2019 Release Wave 2 (BC15)
  • Business Central 2019 Release Wave 1 (BC14) AL Only
You can Migrate Data to Business Central 2021 Release Wave 1 on-Prem from -
  • Business Central 2020 Release Wave 2 (BC17)
  • Business Central 2020 Release Wave 1 (BC16)
  • Business Central 2019 Release Wave 2 (BC15)
  • Business Central 2019 Release Wave 1 (BC14) AL Only
