Time to Say Good Bye to Dynamics NAV 2016.

Hi Readers,

Every product which is released comes up with a Mainstream Support. 

When the product is changing it also comes up with change in Release and Mainstream support End Dates.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 - [01/03/2016 to 04/13/2021]

NAV 2016, You will always be remembered as the stepping stone to the future - 

Dynamics NAV 2016 was the first version where we were able to see glimpse of Future.


Below is the list of currently Supported Version - 
  • Dynamics NAV 2017.
  • Dynamics NAV 2018.
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises April 2019 (14.X).
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises October 2019 (15.X).
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central 2020 Wave 1 (16.X).
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central 2020 Wave 2 (17.X).
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central 2021 Wave 1 (18.X).

What Does that Means?

If you are currently using Dynamics NAV 15 its time to plan for your next upgrade.

What are my options?

  • You can still do a quick upgrade to Business Central 14.
    • Reason to upgrade to Business Central 14 - ISV's / Addons are not available as extension.

          OR

  • You can upgrade to latest and Greatest version of Business Central on-Prem/SaaS.
