Feature Details -

Before 2021 release wave 1, we announced that we were planning to replace several reports with newer versions, and now it's time for the final cleanup.

Explanation -

  • With Product Moving toward future, we also have to leave some old legacy stuff behind.

  • If you are an old Dynamics NAV Customer you may those these report numbers 204,205,206 and 207. We have used these reports and old days we might have customized these reports.

  • I doubt, but do check if your customer is using these reports then its time to move to newer or better reports.

Below is Microsoft Recommendation -

  • 204 Sales - Quote   1304 Sales - Quote
  • 205 Order Confirmation 1305 Sales - Confirmation
  • 206 Sales - Invoice 1306 Sales - Invoice

  • 207 Sales - Credit Memo 1307 Sales - Credit Memo

To Check your customer is using old reports or not, Navigate to Report Selection Sales and Check Report ID for Quote, Order, Invoice and Credit Memo.

If customer will still like to use these reports then create a copy of these reports from Base App and Save them in 50000 Series Report.

Hope you learn and will be able to utilize this feature as Business Central 19 is available.
